Its well known that exercise is good for your body and your brain, butrecent research shows that it helps people living with dementia too.

This study shows that a combination of resistance and aerobic activity boosts cognitive ability as well as physical function in people with dementia. It's great news and all the more reason for good exercise programs for people living with dementia whether they are in aged care facilities or their own homes.
