I wrote a piece for the Dietitian's Association of Australia's Healthy Weight Week next week. It spells out what science shows and what I discuss in the book - that what is 'healthy' for younger adults and those who are older is not that same thing. You must remember, if you are in your late 60s and beyond, that healthy weight advice just might not be for you.
