I had the pleasure today to be on the expert panel for this fabulous initiative from Maggie Beer and her wonderful Foundation team. Maggie's enthusiasm for improving the quality of food in aged care is undeniable. We all enjoyed a lively discussion from an expert panel, and hands-on cooking demonstrations entirely committed to address the concerns of food quality and budgets, regulations and nutritional standards. There is no doubt in Maggie’s mind that together we can make every difference.
