Covering the science of nutrition and brain health in language for the everyday reader. This book looks at what the research has shown can boost brain health and help prevent cognitive decline and dementia. And perhaps more dear to my heart, provides guidance and sensible eating strategies for people living with a dementia diagnosis and those who care about them. There is so much good food and nutrition support can do to maximise independence and to maintain joy in life; yet it is far too often overlooked.

It was released in USA (along with the US version of Eat To Cheat Aging) when I was there presenting at the annual conference of Aging in America in March 2016.
Release date in Australia is April 11, 2016.
