Sitting is risky!

Its been proven that inactivity is a bigger risk to your health than many things you might have thought would get top billing - its been quipped that inactivity is the new smoking!

In fact a recent study showsthat inactivity is more of a problem in women's health than being overweight. Being active and doing exercise is always the answer - just make sure you eat well too.
