What DO you need to eat to protect your brain?? Well, I did write a whole book on that and I recommend getting that for the whole picture, but if there is one thing I'd say from that it's " eat real food." The more steps a food undergoes between its origins and when you eat it, the more chance you introduce a change that might create problems for your cells. And it's those problems that might eventually contribute to cell ageing and dementia. Real food and especially seasonal produce is good for you and your brain.
