These sessions will be of most benefit if you are heading towards or already embracing your later years and will also be very helpful if you care about or care for older friends or family members.
You will take away plenty of tips to help you, or someone you love, get the most from life and relish the food that can help do that.
In these online sessions (on the zoom platform), I will consider your individual needs and together we will plan sensible, practical strategies to help you thrive into later life - whether you are eating at home or elsewhere.
These are not clinical consultations as such but after you make a booking, I will email you to ask you to share relevant medical and life event information as is appropriate. Sharing such information is not essential but it can be very helpful in our planning and frees up more time for us to chat when I don't need to gather relevant information during our call.
Online sessions are now available through my Calendly link. These are currently on an individual basis however in time, I'm also looking forward to presenting to groups.
