Things every one of us can do to reduce our risk of dementia

These are concerning figures to say the least and, so far there is no proven prevention, or cure. But there ARE things every one of us can do to reduce our risk, and there is a lot that can be done food-wise to maintain independence and capacity in those diagnosed with dementia.
